And I need to check more of his entries …
One of most useful web sites on learning English for advanced learners is 日向清人のビジネス英語雑記帳
One problem of his site is that visitors seem to be treating him as a great master which he rightfully deserves the title, but they just adore him too much and become cheesy. Also he is not perfect though he is far better than others who proclaim themselves as English experts. The author himself mentioned this that there are too many pseudo English experts these days who provides well decorated empty junks.
Probably most people can learn more from this site than to go to other countries as far as the fundamentals of English communication in business is concerned. Spending time abroad definitely motivates you further or discourages you and bring you back to reality out of fantasy. But for scientists it is better to check something else as well, like the original source of his information. Also scientists need to do research.
